detail-oriented Executive – Copy Editor
to join our
Knowledge Management & Marketing (KMM)
team.

This role is ideal for an editorial professional with strong language skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex technical information into
clear, engaging, and reader-friendly content
.

With 27 years of experience in financial, social, and economic inclusion, MSC works with governments, donors, private-sector organisations, and local businesses across 68+ developing countries.

??? ????????????????:

? Edit and proofread blogs, reports, presentations, campaigns, social media content, and other communication materials.

? Ensure content aligns with MSC’s editorial standards, brand guidelines, and house style.

? Improve clarity, readability, structure, and flow while maintaining accuracy and the original intent.

? Strengthen grammar and language, eliminate Indianisms, resolve inconsistencies,



and apply plain English principles.

? Use AI tools responsibly to support research and editorial processes.

? Manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

? Collaborate closely with cross-functional and communications teams.

???? ??’?? ??????? ???:

? 2–5 years of experience in editing, publishing, print/digital media, business or technical editing, or related fields.

? Experience or internship with a media organisation, publishing house, or editorial team.

? Excellent command of English, with strong editing, proofreading, and rewriting skills.

? Ability to work with and adapt to different editorial, brand, and client style guides.

? Familiarity with generative AI and LLM-based tools.

? Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Track Changes)
