We are looking for a hands-on Tech lead to drive technical direction, solve complex engineering problems, and help build scalable, reliable, and high-quality software.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineers.
- Design and review scalable software architectures and system designs.
- Stay hands-on with coding and solve complex technical problems.
- Drive technical decisions across APIs, databases, cloud, and application architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and

performance.
- Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
- Mentor engineers and help raise the team's technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into

effective technical solutions.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and engineering practices.

Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.




- Strong hands-on programming and system design experience.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases,

and cloud technologies.
- Experience making and owning technical architecture decisions.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and contemporary engineering practices.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products.
- Experience with Python and modern backend technologies.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Work experience in product based companies is mandatory
