Why this role is needed

Multiple overlapping transformations across SAP S4Hana, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow HRSD significantly increase the risk of misalignment, rework, and technical debt. Safeguard the longterm value, integrity, and sustainability of HR application products by governing endtoend system design, integrations, and evolution in line with HR Product Vision and Strategy.

Core accountability
- Owns the businesslevel integrity of HR application products (HCM H4S4 & SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD) within the HR IT landscape, ensuring alignment with HR product and process designs.
- Governs application design and configuration standards, including extensions and crosssystem integrations, to ensure consistent and feasible realization of HR product intent on target applications.
- Ensures reliable, compliant, and highquality HR data by defining, validating, and enforcing data flows, interfaces, and integration principles in line with enterprise data and security standards.




- Safeguards endtoend process execution across applications by validating crossplatform behavior and ensuring process designs are technically feasible and consistently enabled.
- Steers the resolution of application, configuration, and integration issues that materially impact HR product quality, stability, or user experience, with a focus on design integrity and lifecycle implications.
- Governs solution design decisions to ensure alignment with HR Product Strategy, architecture principles, and longterm application and integration sustainability.
- Guides the evolution of HR application products toward contemporary architectures, validating processtechnology fit and managing configuration, integration, and lifecycle impacts during transitions and migrations.
- Providing productbased feasibility assessments, alignment of architectural impact analysis, and recommendations, rather than deliverycentric execution.
