Job Summary:We are hiring a reliable and safety-focused HGV Driver with 1–3 years of experience to join our logistics operations based in Rohad, Bahadurgarh. You will handle transport routes within Haryana, Delhi-NCR, and neighboring states. The ideal candidate must possess a valid Indian Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license and a proven record of secure driving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe Driving: Transport goods safely and punctually from our Rohad facility across designated routes.
- Vehicle Inspection: Run daily pre-trip checks on brakes, steering, tires, and oil levels before hitting the road.
- Cargo Supervision: Verify that goods are loaded properly, securely tied down, and do not exceed weight limits.
- Route Navigation: Use GPS to find the most efficient routes and avoid heavy traffic zones across Haryana and Delhi-NCR.
- Paperwork: Maintain accurate logbooks, toll receipts,
and ensure delivery challans/bilty are signed correctly by clients.
- Law Compliance: Strictly follow RTO rules, speed limits, and transport guidelines.
Requirements & Skills:
- License: Must hold a valid, active Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / Commercial Driving License.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience driving multi-axle trucks, rigid trucks, or commercial containers.
- Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with highways and routes around Bahadurgarh, Delhi, Haryana, and Western UP.
- Fitness: Excellent eyesight and physical stamina to handle long-distance or night shifts.
- Background Check: Clean driving history with no severe accidental records or pending legal issues.
- Language: Ability to speak and understand Hindi or local Haryanvi.
