Finance Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai

Main Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for Finance daily operation and accounting matters
- Lead a team of 5 finance employees
- Business Controlling of the Value Added Production Center (VAP)
- To maintain and develop the financial framework of international subsidiaries ( India)
- To perform the supporting activities in HR, Legal, IT and Administration in order to effectively and efficiently process,

About You
- At least 10 years experience from Finance and accounting work
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting + CA + CS/CFA
- Fluent in English with Good communication skills spoken and written
- Strong ownership and transparency
- SAP experience
- Analytical skills, flexible, self motivated and independent

Main Accountability
- Maintaining day-to-day accounting activities and reporting financial packages on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with analysis of performance & result
- Establishing yearly budget and following up regular forecasts.




- Tax reporting & tax audit by tax laws and regulations. Managing cash flow and banking matters. Credit management such as credit review etc. Statutory audits and internal audits
- Monitoring and maintaining transfer price, customer credit, lease contract, cash management
- Responsible of legal, admin & general affairs in Navi Mumbai Office
