A Construction Company engaged in construction of Storage Tanks & Pipeline (EPC Project) require Senior Safety Officer for immediate joining at their ongoing project site Mathura Refinery.

Safety Officer

Role & responsibilities
- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
- Monitor the proper use of PPE and secure working practices.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Diploma in Industrial Safety / recognized Safety Officer qualification preferred.
- Engineering degree with a Diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred.




- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction safety/HSE, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations, risk management, HIRA, JSA, permit-to-work systems, incident investigation, and emergency preparedness.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, drills, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
- Good understanding of HSE management systems, procedures, documentation, and KPI reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site HSE activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Strong Commitment to maintaining and continually improving workplace safety standards

Salary Range - INR 27000 To INR 40000
