Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Sonipat and Gurgaon, India.

The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer relationships, ensuring timely communication, resolving customer concerns,



and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, maintaining customer records, organizing site visits, monitoring customer satisfaction, and supporting management in resolving complex customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to bookings, payments, documentation, possession, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer communication and issue resolution.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits.
- Collect customer feedback and recommend service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain high customer service standards and best practices.
- Prepare periodic CRM rep
