Job Responsibilities:
- Attend assigned customer service and installation visits.
- Carry required tools, materials, and service documents.
- Collect and return materials from the stock centre with proper records.
- Reach customer sites on time and maintain skilled conduct.
- Verify warranty/invoice details before providing service.
- Explain product issues and service charges to customers.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and installations efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Service Centre for visit updates and closures.
- Maintain accurate service reports and material transaction records.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
