Key Responsibilities
- Convert manual design concepts into precise 3D CAD models using Matrix, Rhino, or CAD Jewellery software.
- Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing, casting, stone setting, and accurate metal weight estimation.
- Collaborate with manual designers and production teams to make technical modifications as needed.
- Prepare design files for 3D printing/CAM output with high accuracy and minimal metal loss.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CAD Designer in the jewellery manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Matrix / Rhino3D / CAD software specific to fine jewellery.
- Deep knowledge of jewellery construction, gem settings, manufacturing tolerances, and shrinkage allowances.
- Diploma or formal certification in Jewellery CAD Design (preferred).
