We are looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor
with solid experience in
Inventory Management, Dispatch Planning, Order Processing & MIS Reporting
.
⭐
Quick Commerce Operations experience will be highly preferred.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory levels, stock reconciliation & variance analysis
• Handle end-to-end order processing and fulfillment
• Plan and monitor daily/weekly dispatches
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement & transporters
• Track TAT, SLA, order fulfillment & dispatch accuracy
• Prepare MIS reports for inventory, orders & dispatch performance
• Handle and analyze large volumes of operational data
• Use
Advanced MS Excel
– Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS & Dashboards
• Identify process gaps and support operational improvements
