Role Description
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for Zorin Interiors. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves managing paid media channels, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.

Day-to-day tasks include setting up and monitoring performance campaigns across platforms such as search, social, and display, conducting A/B tests on creatives and landing pages,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. The Performance Marketer will also track key metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, conversion tracking, attribution models).
- Experience with campaign setup and optimization, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and budget allocation.
- Ability to collaborate with creative and content teams on ad copy, visuals, and landing page optimization.
- Comfort with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Robust quantitative and problem-solving skill
