2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
8:30 PM – 05:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday – Friday (fixed weekend off)
Experience: 03 Months – 12 Months
About the Role:
The Patient care associate is responsible to answer the inbound calls in a timely manner, will be responsible for
- Obtaining patient information and/or accessing the patient details from the database
- Understanding the issues with the patient and booking the Doctor’s appointment with the nearest hospital / clinic / care facility.
- Ensuring all the details wrt symptoms are collected before booking the appointment
- Update the appointment details in the database which will be accessed by the Doctors and their assistants
- Co-ordinate with the patient – care giver – authorized family member through the appointment booking process.
- Provide assistance during and emergency by collecting information and coordinate with the nearest ambulance provider and hospital for patient transportation
Typical Associate Requirements:
This is a very empathetic role and hence the expectations from the associate would be
- 03 to 12 months experience in a US support center
- Preferred experience in healthcare, healthcare insurance claims, clinical support, doctors
assistant.
- Degree (BSc / MSc Nursing, B.Pharma / D.Pharma, MBBS) / certification in Patient care / Physio / Paramedic
- Good spoken English and understands the US accent
- Knowledge of the medical terms / terminology
- Empathetic, Patient, Organized & willing to go the extra mile based on the criticality of the
situation.
