- Operate panel saw machines safely and efficiently for cutting boards and panels.
- Read and understand cutting lists, drawings, and measurements.
- Ensure accurate cutting as per required dimensions and specifications.
- Check materials before cutting for quality, size, and defects.
- Minimize material wastage through proper cutting planning.
- Maintain proper machine settings and ensure cutting accuracy.
- Inspect finished panels for correct dimensions and quality.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the production and store teams for material requirements.
- Report machine issues, material defects, or measurement discrepancies to the supervisor.
