Job Description – Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 4+ years of relevant experience in the textile, rugs, carpets, home furnishing. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing recent business opportunities, managing existing clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through B2B sales, dealers, distributors, wholesalers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities for rugs and carpet products.
- Handle product presentations, quotations, negotiations, order closures, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with production,



design, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer preferences, and industry developments.
- Manage sales pipeline, prepare regular sales reports, and track target achievement.
- Conduct customer visits, market visits, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings as required.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-ups from customers.
- Contribute to product development and pricing decisions based on market feedback.
