Job Description

Cuirass Doors is looking for an experienced, energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and develop our Sales & Marketing function and contribute significantly to the company's business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role with equal importance given to sales, marketing, dealer development, market expansion and brand growth.

We are not looking for someone who only assigns tasks, collects reports and forwards them to management. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor, motivate, analyze and contribute personally.

The candidate should have robust experience in sales and marketing, preferably in doors, building materials, construction materials, interior products, architectural products or related industries, with a proven ability to develop markets,



build dealer networks, generate demand, drive sales and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement practical sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify new customers, project opportunities, dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors and interior designers.
- Develop new business opportunities and ensure systematic lead follow-up.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle from enquiry and quotation to order confirmation and customer satisfaction.
- Identify reasons for lost enquiries and low conversions and take corrective action.
- Drive repeat business and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Personally handle and close important or high-value sales opportunities.
- Explore new markets, territories and customer segments for Cuirass Doors.
