Position Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships and support the sales team in converting leads into projects.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with field visits and interested in B2B sales, office furniture and commercial workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities.
- Develop leads through cold calling, field visits, references, LinkedIn, online platforms and market research.
- Meet with architects, interior designers, builders, PMCs and corporate clients.
- Introduce TWC's office furniture and workspace solutions.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and quotation teams.
- Prepare and share company profiles, product information and quotations with clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Arrange product presentations and client meetings.
- Visit project sites when required.
- Coordinate with the internal design, estimation, production and installation teams.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, meetings, quotations and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and new business opportunities.
