About the Role:

Manager – Purchase & Store Department
to oversee procurement and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials and services, optimizing costs, maintaining inventory control, and developing robust vendor relationships to support business operations efficiently. This role requires strong negotiation skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement and store activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:
- Plan and execute procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per organizational requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare offers, and negotiate pricing,



payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities to achieve cost savings.

Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service standards.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of vendor invoices and payments in coordination with the Accounts team.

Store & Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of required materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments for material planning and inventory requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.
