Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Head with 3–4 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of business operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing teams, streamlining processes, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects and tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Develop and improve operational processes and workflows.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Manage task allocation, resources,



and team coordination.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and performance records.
- Ensure accountability, discipline, and effective internal communication.
- Work closely with management on planning and business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in operations or a similar managerial role.
- Solid understanding of business operations and team management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively.
- Good knowledge of operational reporting and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in media, marketing, digital, or creative industries is a plus.
