About the Role

Aldous Glare Tech & Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Tele Sales Executive for our Trivandrum branch to support the Solar Sales team through lead generation, customer follow-up, and dealer/EPC coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent Malayalam and Tamil communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and sales leads.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information on solar products and solutions.
- Generate, qualify, track, and follow up on leads until conversion or closure.
- Coordinate with dealers, EPC partners, customers, and the sales team.
- Hand over qualified leads to the respective Sales Executives for further action.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Reconnect with inactive/pending leads and identify new conversion opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Prepare regular lead and follow-up reports for the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile
- Malayalam & Tamil communication – Mandatory
- Graduation in any specification
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Coordination, or Lead Follow-up preferred.
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
