Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Bangalore and Hosur

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients, build strategic relationships, and achieve revenue targets across the Hosur region.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and acquire new B2B business opportunities.

· Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

· Meet clients, conduct presentations, and close business deals.

· Build long-term customer relationships.

· Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts.

· Coordinate with delivery teams for successful project execution.





· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

· Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills

· 6+ years of Business Development/B2B Sales experience.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Experience in Enterprise Sales, SaaS, ERP.

· Solid relationship-building and account management skills.
- SaaS product knowledge is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within Hosur and nearby industrial areas.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
- Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
