Stepswatch is an early-stage startup building thoughtful digital solutions for early education — daycares, nurseries, preschools, Montessori, and primary schools.

for early child care and educational centers — delivering a complete, affordable, and modern toolkit so they never need to look elsewhere.

This is not a traditional sales role

We’re looking for a combination of Marketing & Sales Representative
— someone who can own the
entire journey from generating leads to closing deals
, while building trust with schools and shaping how Stepswatch grows in the allocated region.

You’ll work independently, remotely, and closely with the founder, with real ownership and long-term impact.

Location:

Candidate must be based in either of these locations:
Delhi-NCR Region / Bangalore / Mumbai / Hyderabad.

What you will do
- Own the
entire sales lifecycle
: lead generation → discovery → demo → objection handling → closing.
- Spend most of your time
with customers and prospects
(school owners, principals,



heads of nursery).
- Build solid
rapport, credibility, and long-term trust
— you are the face of Stepswatch in India.
- Define and continuously improve the
go-to-market strategy
for your region (sales + marketing).
- Generate leads through: Direct outreach, Referrals, School visits, Events, conferences, and workshops
- Represent and present Stepswatch at
education events
to build brand awareness and pipeline.
- Develop a
repeatable, applied sales process
that delivers results week after week.
- Achieve
weekly activity and revenue targets
(not just monthly goals).
- Deeply understand the product and clearly communicate value — not just features.
- Gather structured feedback from schools and
share insights with the product team
to improve the solution.

What we’re looking for
- Marketing and Sales education, MBA, Diploma, et al
- Experience in B2B Marketing & Sales - you will sell Software / Digit
