We are seeking an experienced e-waste management trainer and/or subject matter expert to deliver a hardware-based vocational video course covering protected dismantling, recycling and environmental-compliance practices.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate the supplied course content and video scripts.
- Suggest necessary technical, safety and regulatory corrections.
- Present the course confidently on camera.
- Perform or supervise practical field demonstrations.
- Demonstrate protected equipment identification, handling, dismantling and segregation procedures.
- Support filming at an appropriate workshop, collection centre or authorised recycling facility.
- Participate in rehearsals, site planning and video-recording sessions.
- Re-record sections when corrections or production improvements are required.
- Ensure all demonstrations follow applicable safety and environmental requirements.
Required Experience
- Practical experience in authorised e-waste collection, dismantling or recycling operations.
- Knowledge of electronic components, material segregation and recovery processes.
- Strong understanding of PPE, workplace hazards and emergency procedures.
- Familiarity with e-waste documentation, traceability and compliance requirements.
- Ability to explain technical procedures clearly to beginners.
- Confidence presenting and demonstrating physical tasks on camera.
- Willingness to follow production safety plans and site restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in environmental science, electronics, electrical engineering, waste management or a related field.
- Experience as an e-waste dismantler, recycling technician, environmental professional or compliance executive.
- Association with an authorised e-waste facility is strongly preferred.
- Previous industrial training or educational-video experience.
