Role & responsibilities
- To attend the vehicle dispatching process every morning when a vehicle is dispatched this is to ensure that the vehicle is in valuable condition and meets the standards.
- To develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all types of equipment to ensure maximum uptime and testing or equipment to identified and diagnose potential issues before they become major problems.
- To maintain accurate and Up to date records of all maintenance and repair activity, including parts and labor costs and develop report to track equipment.
- To develop and implement safety protocols and training program for employees operate and maintain equipment.
- To develop and manage budgets for maintained and repaid activity.
including sourcing and purchasing of parts and materials.
- To collaborate with other engineers and technical experts to develop and implement new technologies and systems that improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- To communicate with other departments to ensure equipment availability and uptime meets operational needs.
- To ensure all activities are in compliance with applicable laws and RTO norms.
