Role Description
The Sales Specialist will work full time on-site in Najafgarh, focusing on driving bookings and revenue across StayWheels’ services, including hotels, private taxis, and tour packages. Daily tasks include identifying and engaging potential customers, explaining service offerings, preparing quotations, and closing sales through phone, in-person, and online channels. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients,



responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information on pricing, itineraries, and availability. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery, follow up on leads, maintain sales records, and support promotional campaigns. The role may also include assisting in training junior team members on sales processes and customer handling.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with travelers, partners, and internal teams.
