About the Role
CryptX is looking for an energetic and friendly Board Game Master to manage and conduct board game sessions for our customers.
The ideal candidate should be interested in board games, comfortable interacting with customers, and able to explain game rules clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with board games.
- Explain game rules and gameplay clearly to new players.
- Set up and arrange board games before sessions.
- Monitor games and help customers during gameplay.
- Maintain and organize the board game collection.
- Check games, cards, tokens and other components after every session.
- Make sure board games are handled safely and returned properly.
- Recommend suitable games based on customer age, group size and experience.
- Conduct board game sessions and tournaments when required.
- Maintain a fun, friendly and professional environment.
- Handle customer queries and basic complaints.
- Coordinate with the reception and other CryptX staff.
- Keep the gaming area clean and organized.
- Report missing or damaged game components to management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong interest in board games.
- Ability to learn and explain different board game rules.
- Friendly and energetic personality.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Tamil communication is required.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in gaming, board games, café, hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
Age: 18–40
Education: Minimum 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Experience: Freshers and Experienced can apply.
