About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented
Home & Institute Visit Manager
to connect with students, parents, schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutes and generate meaningful counselling and business opportunities for Kanan.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled home visits with students and parents.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutes.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and study-abroad interests.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Explain Kanan's overseas education services and counselling process.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutes, educators, and referral partners.
- Identify new opportunities for student engagement and institutional partnerships.
- Follow up with students and parents after visits.




- Coordinate with counsellors for further counselling and admission conversion.
- Maintain accurate daily visit, lead-generation, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly visit, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- Represent Kanan professionally during student, parent, and institute interactions.
- Work closely with Counselling and Business Development teams to achieve business targets.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident interacting with students, parents, and institute representatives.
- Comfortable with field visits and travel.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Solid relationship-building, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Persuasive and confident in face-to-face conversations.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Candidates with experience in
FinTech, EdTech, Insurance, or Automobile
industries are preferred.
