While much of the lab-grown diamond market focuses on everyday and value-led jewellery, Elevé has built a differentiated position across bridal, occasion and statement jewellery. Today, the brand operates six stores across two states, with several more in the pipeline.

The Chance
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead Elevé’s brand and growth agenda through its next stage of expansion.
The role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical rigour, commercial understanding and team leadership. The Head of Marketing will play a central role in shaping how customers discover, experience and build a relationship with Elevé across digital, retail and other customer touchpoints.
The mandate includes building a differentiated premium brand, driving customer acquisition and retention, increasing retail footfall, strengthening digital performance and creating marketing systems capable of supporting Elevé’s growth across new markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the marketing strategy
Build and execute Elevé’s annual marketing strategy across brand, digital, footfall and revenue growth, aligning closely with the company’s business objectives.
