Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions in BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates from various sources.
- Manage lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and non-IT recruitment processes to meet business requirements.
- Ensure effective talent sourcing, engagement, and retention through creative approaches.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (BPO/Call Centre).
- Proven track record of successful lateral hiring, leadership hiring, and non-IT recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the BPO/Call Centre industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
