Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join the Tiffinbox team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting our food service solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate, institutional, and group clients.
- Generate new leads through calls, meetings, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable Tiffinbox food service solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business enquiries.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations when required.
- Negotiate with clients and support the conversion of leads into confirmed business.




- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Management teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Tiffinbox professionally and contribute to the company's business growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales.
- Experience in B2B, food service, catering, hospitality, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.
- Good knowledge of the Kochi market will be an added advantage.
