About the Role

A leading digital marketing agency specializing in digital advertising, performance marketing, communication design, SEO, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns is looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate digital marketing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign delivery.
- Handle multiple client accounts and follow up on deliverables.
- Have a good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare performance reports and regular client updates.
- Maintain task trackers, meeting notes,



and project documentation.
- Address client queries and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of performance marketing and SEO.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1.63 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
