Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and conversions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads across the sales funnel.
- Handle objections, negotiate, persuade, and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain customer, lead, order, and conversion records using CRM tools.
- Communicate product benefits, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Earn weekly performance-based incentives.
