About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and end-to end talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core technical recruitment, niche IT skills hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment lifecycle management. The role requires a proactive recruitment professional who can understand technical requirements, identify relevant talent from multiple sourcing channels, manage candidate pipelines effectively, and drive positions through to successful closure and joining.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing to offer release and candidate joining.  Handle IT recruitment across core technical, specialized, and niche technology roles.  Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, technical competencies, experience expectations, and hiring priorities.  Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals,



professional networks, internal databases, and other relevant channels.  Conduct detailed profile screening and preliminary candidate assessments against defined technical and functional requirements.  Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-find IT skill sets.  Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview processes while ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.  Maintain regular communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.  Manage candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, salary discussions, offer negotiations, offer release, and joining coordination.  Drive recruitment closures within defined timelines while maintaining a strong balance between quality, speed, and candidate experience.  Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, trackers, and ATS updates.  Monitor recruitment pipeline activity and prov
