The impact you’ll make

The Manager, Digital Transformation, Finance Processes helps drive the execution and delivery of digital transformation within a multi-year process and technology modernization program. This role is responsible for leading Global Finance through the migration from legacy planning system to workday Adaptive and supporting other planning application, integrations within all , sales, regions , SILK(Data Fabric), Record to Report (R2R) business processes.

The Manager, Digital Transformation, XP&A; Processes acts as a business architect, ensuring that critical Finance planning processes are designed, tested,



and deployed successfully in alignment with broader enterprise transformation goals. This position focuses on sales, business development and sales operations, ensuring seamless migration from legacy ERP, SILK & CRM systems to next-generation platforms and processes.

Candidates with Finance / Planning experience in a configure-to-order manufacturing environment would be ideally positioned to excel.
What you’ll do

Program Leadership & Execution:
- Drive XP&A; workstream deliverables across the Finance organizations and DT.
- Drive design and deployment of Finance Planning systems and capabilities for the Finance organization while keeping impact in clear focus.
- Own testing readiness (SIT, UAT, regression) and cutover planning for business continuity for specified workflows.

Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Act as a business liaison between XP&A; and other workstreams (GCO, GFO, Regions, CSBG, GIS and others.).
