About the Role
: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Business Development Executive – Medical Billing & RCM
to join our growing healthcare business development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in US medical billing, RCM, denied claims,
healthcare B2B sales,
or medical billing client acquisition and a strong understanding of the
US healthcare revenue cycle
. This is a target-driven, outbound sales role focused on acquiring new US-based clients, including medical practices, physicians, clinics, healthcare providers, and practice owners who require medical billing and RCM services.

Responsibilities
:
- Identify and prospect potential clients across the US healthcare market, including physicians, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day
to US-based healthcare business owners, practice managers,



physicians, and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into new medical billing and RCM clients.
- Present and explain the company's
Medical Billing, RCM, Denial Management, AR Follow-up,
and related healthcare revenue cycle services.
- Understand prospects' existing billing challenges and
identify opportunities
where our services can improve collections and reduce revenue leakage.
- Handle the complete business development cycle
from prospecting and cold calling to qualification, presentations,
negotiations, and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective US healthcare clients.

Qualifications
: 2-3 years of experience in US medical billing, RCM, denied claims, healthcare B2B sales, or medical billing client acquisition.

Required Skills
: Strong understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle.

Preferred Skills
: Target-driven, outbound sale
