Chinese Chef / Momo Specialist

**Location:** Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

**Salary:** 13,000 25,000/month, depending on experience and skills

**Job Type:** Full-time

We are looking for an experienced **Chinese Chef / Momo Specialist** who is an expert in making **thin, soft, juicy and healthy momos**.

Responsibilities

* Prepare high-quality veg and non-veg momos.

* Prepare healthy, low-oil and high-protein fillings.

* Expert in momo dough, wrapping, shaping and steaming.

* Maintain consistent taste, quality and portion sizes.

* Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

* Help develop recent healthy momo recipes.

* Guide and supervise the kitchen helper when required.

Requirements

* Previous experience in momo making is preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and momo preparation.

* Good speed, hygiene and consistency.

* Experience with chicken, paneer, tofu and vegetable momos is a plus.
