About the Role

Clapingo is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Interns to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call interested learners, explain the demo process, book their demo session, and ensure they attend the scheduled demo.

This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers and students who want to gain practical experience in telecalling, customer communication, lead management, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities
- Call leads assigned by the company and understand their requirements.
- Explain Clapingo's learning programs and the benefits of attending a demo session.
- Convince interested learners to book a suitable demo slot.
- Schedule and confirm demo appointments.
- Send timely reminders before the scheduled demo.
- Follow up with learners who have not attended their demo.
- Help learners with any basic queries related to demo scheduling and attendance.
- Ensure maximum demo booking and demo attendance from assigned leads.
- Update call outcomes, demo bookings, follow-ups, and attendance status in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the relevant team whenever required.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with learners.

Key Performance Areas

Your performance will primarily be measured on:
- Number of leads contacted
- Demo bookings
- Demo attendance
- Follow-up completion
- Lead updates and CRM accuracy

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with learners over the phone.
- Basic Hindi and English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow up consistently.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools is a plus.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
