Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site US IT Recruiter role based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a wide range of IT positions.



Responsibilities include working with hiring managers to understand role requirements, posting job descriptions, conducting phone and video interviews, and coordinating interviews and feedback. The role also involves negotiating compensation, managing offer processes, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The US IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets and adhere to client timelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of technology roles.
- Candidate should have W2 recruitment experience.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring practices, including working with hiring managers and managing offer negotiations.
