The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR documentation while supporting a positive and productive work environment.

? Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
? Handle employee records and HR documentation
? Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities
? Support employee engagement and grievance handling
? Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
? Coordinate workforce requirements with different departments
? Assist with employee performance management
? Prepare and maintain HR reports and records
? Support HR compliance and administrative activities

✅ 2–4 years of experience in HR
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
✅ Strong organizational and coordination skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
✅ Candidates from Pest Control or Facility Management industries will be preferred
