Relationship Manager – Key Corporate Customers

Position Objective

The primary objective of this role is to build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate customers, consultants, OEMs, and decision-makers. The Relationship Manager will represent JENX Digitech Pvt. Ltd. professionally and ensure continuous customer engagement, business development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

1. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT Heads, CIOs, IT Managers, Purchase Managers, SCM Teams, Plant Heads, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and review sessions.
- Ensure JENX remains the preferred technology partner for customers.

KPI
- Minimum 15–20 customer meetings per week.
- Monthly touch base with all assigned key accounts.
- Customer satisfaction rating above 95%.
- Zero customer relationship escalations.

2. Customer Database Management
- Build and maintain a complete CRM/database of customer contacts.




- Keep updated information including designation, email IDs, mobile numbers, locations, projects, and technology roadmap.
- Regularly update meeting notes and customer requirements.

KPI
- 100% updated customer database.
- CRM updated within 24 hours of every customer interaction.
- No missing customer information.

3. Customer Engagement & Communication
- Maintain regular communication through emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, phone calls, and meetings.
- Share JENX achievements, recent technology updates, OEM partnerships, case studies, and solution offerings.
- Send festive greetings and important business updates.

KPI
- Monthly engagement with every assigned customer.
- Weekly communication plan executed.
- Quarterly customer newsletter shared.
- 100% communication records maintained.
