Raheja Universal is looking for a Junior Civil Engineer to join the Project Execution team at our prestigious Raheja District project in Juinagar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities.
- Monitor civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Track work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Verify measurements, bills, and material consumption at site.
- Assist in preparation of progress reports and project documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Valuable understanding of RCC, finishing, and site execution activities.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Juinagar.
Preferred:
- Experience with reputed real estate developers or construction companies.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and site documentation.
