What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage premium clients professionally.
- Understand client needs, preferences and budgets.
- Recommend products based on their requirements and aesthetics.
- Drive sales, conversions and individual/store targets.
- Build strong HNI/UHNI client relationships.
- Manage enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups.
- Maintain client database, CRM and sales trackers.
- Coordinate with Design, Operations, Logistics and Accounts teams.
- Develop strong product knowledge across luxury interiors, furniture and home dcor.
- Support exhibitions, client events, launches and brand activations.
- Maintain luxury store standards,



grooming and visual merchandising.

What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in luxury retail, premium sales, interiors, furniture, home dcor or similar industries.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polished and well-groomed personality.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up and conversion skills.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI or premium clientele preferred.
- Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation.
- Comfortable with MS Office, CRM and client database management.
