Role Overview

Responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations across e-commerce, D2C, marketplace and express delivery channels, covering demand planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL management, reverse logistics and supply chain improvement initiatives. Manage Pan-India supply chain operations with a strong focus on service level, TAT, OTIF, inventory availability, logistics cost optimization and customer experience.

1. Demand Planning & Inventory Management
- Manage demand planning and replenishment for high-priority Express SKUs contributing significantly to business volume.
- Develop SKU-level inventory norms based on historical sales, demand trends, lead time and inventory coverage requirements.
- Implement agile replenishment mechanisms using daily demand, historical sales, inventory position and lead-time parameters.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels while balancing availability, working capital and stock-out risk.




- Conduct ABC analysis and SKU segmentation to prioritize high-value/high-volume SKUs.
- Monitor inventory ageing and support liquidation strategies for slow-moving and excess inventory.

2. E-Commerce & Order Fulfillment
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment for D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, E-trade and quick-commerce channels.
- Drive order fulfillment performance through continuous monitoring of Fill Rate, OTIF, TAT and On-Time Handover.
- Manage Express/MTO order fulfillment and ensure adherence to committed customer delivery timelines.
- Analyze order-to-dispatch performance and identify bottlenecks across manufacturing units, warehouses and logistics partners.
- Drive improvement in order fulfillment through process redesign, automation and operational controls.

3. Logistics & 3PL Management
- Manage Pan-India logistics operations through multiple 3PL and transportation partners.
- Monitor logistics performance across delivery TAT, pickup adherence, shipment delays, NDR, R
