Job Responsibilities:
- Handle leads and customer enquiries
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects
- Explain project details, pricing and payment plans
- Arrange and accompany customers for site visits
- Build customer relationships and generate referrals
- Negotiate and convert prospects into bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
- Real estate / open plot / villa plot experience preferred
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Telugu, Hindi and English preferred
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Attapur, Hyderabad, Telangana
