Mandatory
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
Robust expertise in solution architecture, including translating business problems into effective technical designs.
Experience defining the scope, sizing, and technical approach for technology initiatives.
Hands-on experience designing and anchoring Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.
Experience designing and implementing integrations between enterprise platforms and third-party services.
Ability to design and develop complex technical features based on business requirements.
Robust collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

Good-to-Have
Experience delivering EPM solutions in large-scale or complex enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Oracle EPM technologies and associated integration approaches.
Experience working in customer-facing consulting or solution delivery settings.




Ability to evaluate alternative technical approaches and recommend solutions based on business and architectural considerations.
Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
