Team Leader - BPO Sales

Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving the overall performance of Petsfolio across operations, sales, marketing, recruitment, customer experience, and app performance.

This role requires solid ownership, execution ability, multitasking, leadership coordination, and a growth-oriented mindset to ensure business targets and operational goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & App Performance




- Coordinate with the Development Team for:
- App quality
- Feature execution
- Timely updates
- Performance improvements
- Coordinate with QA Team to ensure smooth app functionality and better user experience
- Monitor app-related issues and ensure timely resolution

2. Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing Team for:
- Digital marketing campaigns
- Offline promotions
- Branding activities
- Lead generation performance
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and improve lead quality

3. Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales Team for:
- Lead follow-ups
- Lead closures
- Conversion improvements
- Revenue targets
- Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement

4. Recruitment & Vendor Expansion

- Area-wise onboarding of service providers
