Vasundhara Construction is looking for an experienced Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, follow-ups, lead communication and client coordination.

The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in calling, customer handling and follow-up, preferably in the construction, real estate, interior or related industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with potential clients and existing customers.
- Explain company services and provide basic information to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with the relevant team.
- Maintain customer and calling records in Excel.
- Update lead status and follow-up details regularly.
- Prepare and manage basic documents and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team.
- Maintain skilled communication with clients.

Required Skills




- 3–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Client Handling / Customer Support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calling and follow-up experience.
- Good client-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Word.
- Ability to handle and share PDF documents.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain calling and customer records.
- Professional and confident personality.
- Good Hindi communication; basic English communication is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
