PAS Digital Technologies is looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to help us generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms.
The role involves managing LinkedIn accounts, researching potential clients, sending connection requests and messages, following up with prospects, and maintaining lead records.
Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn accounts for lead generation.
- Find and research potential US-based clients.
- Send connection requests, messages, and follow-ups.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach.
- Create and post basic LinkedIn content using AI and other tools.
- Maintain lead information in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Track daily outreach and lead-generation activities.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Research new prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow LinkedIn best practices and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn.
- Valuable written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, digital marketing, or B2B sales will be preferred.
