Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Online Bidder & Sales Executive responsible for generating new business through Upwork and other online platforms, managing the complete sales cycle, and converting prospects into paying clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Upwork bidding, lead generation, client communication, sales, negotiation, and business development. Experience in selling IT/software services will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Bidding & Lead Generation
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, Cold calling.
- Analyze client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Prepare personalized and persuasive proposals based on client requirements.
- Submit quality bids and actively follow up with prospects.
- Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and other online channels.




- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead database.

Sales & Business Development
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Communicate with prospects through chat, email, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct sales calls and product/service demonstrations when required.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, timelines, and contractual terms.
- Convert qualified leads into new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with technical/project teams to ensure a smooth handover after closing.
