Job Description
Responsible for managing daily logistics operations, vehicle planning, transport billing, empty vehicle collection, and coordination with transporters, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle planning and timely arrangement for dispatch operations
- Coordination for equipment collection and customer delivery
- POD collection and transport documentation management
- Transport billing verification and costing approval
- Vehicle tracking, ETA monitoring, and transit record maintenance
- Fuel, KM, and vehicle maintenance data management
- Coordination with transporters, customers, and internal teams
- MIS reporting and invoice submission support
- Handling empty vehicle collection and return challan process
- Good knowledge of logistics operations and transport coordination
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is often preferred). 2–5 years of proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. Positive communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
