Job Description

We are looking for a full-time, office-based Videographer to join our creative team and produce high-quality video content for brands, digital campaigns, social media, and performance marketing.

This role is suited for a digital-first Videographer with hands-on experience in shooting and producing content for brands and digital platforms. Professionals primarily focused on film-style direction, cinema, or large-scale production environments may not be the right fit for this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end video production for digital campaigns, branded content, social media, and performance marketing creatives.
- Collaborate with brand strategists, creative teams, content teams, and marketing teams to translate campaign ideas and creative briefs into compelling video concepts.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on brand objectives, campaign requirements, platform specifications, and audience needs.
- Handle on-ground video production, including camera operation, lighting, audio recording, framing, composition, props, and shoot setup.




- Capture high-quality footage for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, social media content, advertisements, promotional videos, brand campaigns, product videos, and other digital content formats.
- Plan shots, camera angles, compositions, sequences, and visual treatments to support strong visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Work efficiently in quick-paced shoot environments while ensuring the technical and creative quality of the footage.
- Manage shoot requirements, equipment, footage, and production workflows to ensure smooth execution from pre-production to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand deliverables, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with social media video trends, digital content formats, shooting techniques, production tools, and platform-specific video styles.
